Acaba de inaugurarse en la Galería Jeune Création de París, en pleno barrio de Pigalle, una exposición de Pablo González Trejo, joven pintor cubano que decidió instalarse en Francia después de haber pasado por Miami, exposición en la que nos presenta una serie de retratos de amigos, que el día de la inauguración, y como performance insólita, se dedicó a borrar a pincelada limpia.

El origen de esta violencia contra su propia obra, que puede resultar terapéutica para algunos y desahogo para otros, proviene de unos retratos de Fidel Castro o del Che Guevara que este artista realizó en Miami y que embadurnó con color blanco después del escándalo que produjeron en la comunidad cubana de Miami.

Pablo González Trejo es el invitado de Cultura al Día.
